MARTAPURA - Satu dari lima pelaku pemerkosaan terhadap dua siswi salah satu Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) di Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU) Timur, Sumatera Selatan dibekuk aparat. Dimana pelaku berinisial SR (33), ditangkap di kediamannya di Desa Ringin Sari, Kecamatan Belitang III, Kabupaten OKU Timur.
Informasi yang dihimpun, aksi bejat kawanan pelaku dilakukan di sebuah gubuk di perkebunan karet. Sebelum menggilir kedua korban berinisial EV (16) dan RS (16), kawanan pelaku terlebih dahulu mengajak korban untuk pesta narkoba jenis sabu.
Di bawah pengaruh obat terlarang itu, pelaku SR dan rekannya YT (DPO) secara bergantian memperkosa korban EV. Sedangka tiga pelaku lain berinisial RT, BSR, dan AN, menggilir korban RS.
"Modusnya memberikan sabu dan kedua korban ketagihan. Nah, saat pesta sabu lagi dan kedua korban tidak sadar, kelima pelaku memperkosa mereka secara bergiliran," ungkap Kapolres OKU Timur, AKBP Irsan Sinuaji saat dikonfirmasi, Sabtu (7/4/2018).
Irsan mengatakan, dari keterangan pelaku SR, otak perkosaan dan pemilik sabu adalah pelaku AN. "Empat pelaku kita nyatakan buron, dua berstatus bujang dan dua lain sudah berkeluarga," ujarnya.
Sementara itu, Kapolsek Belitang III, Iptu Jumeidi mengatakan, sambil menunggu keempat DPO ditangkap, pihaknya segera melengkapi berkas perkara sehingga bisa dilimpahkan ke kejaksaan untuk proses peradilan.
Tersangka dikenakan Undang-undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 tentang perlindungan anak dengan ancaman di atas 15 tahun penjara. "Kasus ini kita yang menangani, kemarin baru saja digelar reka ulang yang diperankan langsung tersangka SR dan anggota kita," pungkasnya.
