MA alias Gopal (24)dan adik kandungnya, MF alias Rayap (19), tega membunuh perempuan di bawah umur yang tengah hamil di Sungai Cilampe, Kecamatan Teluknaga, Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten.
Akibatnya, kakak beradik tersebut dibekuk aparat Polsek Teluknaga di tempat berbeda. MA diciduk di daerah Pandeglang, sementara MF ditangkap di Tegalangus, Tangerang.
Kapolsek Teluknaga Ajun Komisaris Fredy Yudha mengatakan, percobaan pembunuhan itu dilatarbelakangi MA yang enggan bertanggung jawab setelah menghamili kekasihnya R (16).
“Karena takut disuruh bertanggung jawab, MA mengajak adiknya merencanakan pembunuhan,” ujar Fredy kepada Bantenhits—jaringan Suara.com, Rabu (11/4/2018).
Kisah tragis itu berawal pada tanggal 3 April 2018, ketika MA menjemput R dengan sepeda motor. Namun, MA tidak memberitahukan ke mana akan mengajak kekasihnya tersebut.
Rupanya, sebelum menjemput R, MA sudah menyuruh MF untuk menunggu di pinggir Sungai Cilampe. MA juga meminta MF membawa senjata tajam.
“Sesampainya di lokasi yang ditentukan, pelaku langsung menganiaya korban. Pelaku bahkan sempat menenggelamkan korban ke sungai agar korban segera tewas,” ungkap Fredy.
Tidak sanggup melawan, R yang sudah lemas akibat luka tusuk di sejumlah bagian tubuhnya berpura-pura tewas.
“Korban berpura-pura tidak bernafas untuk mengecoh pelaku, akhirnya pelaku meninggalkan korban dengan kondisi luka tusuk di payudara, perut kiri, jari tangan dan wajah,” beber kapolsek.
Kata Fredy, R masih dirawat intensif. Janin yang berumur sepuluh minggu selamat.
“Saat ini masih dilakukan operasi kedua terhadap korban,” imbuhnya.
MA dan MF dijerat memakai Pasal 80 juncto Pasal 76C Undang-Undang RI Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 tentang Perubahan atas Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2002 tentang perlindungan anak juncto Pasal 340 KUHP juncto pasal 53 KUHP. Keduanya terancam hukuman seumur hidup.
