Tak berselang lama, Manohara menyatakan telah berhasil kabur dan kembali ke Indonesia. Saat itu ia bersama keluarga Kerajaan Kelantan berada di Singapura untuk menjenguk Sultan Kelantan. Ia lalu melarikan diri dari penjagaan pengawal Kesultanan Kelatan dan bertemu dengan sang ibu.
Semua itu tak lepas dari bantuan aparat Singapura dan staf diplomatik Kedutaan Besar Amerika Serikat. Setelah menetap di Indonesia, Manohara sempat membintangi beberapa sinetron layar kaca.
Namun, tak lama kemudian ia menghilang dari dunia hiburan. Kini sosoknya sudah hampir tak lagi muncul di layar kaca. Ia kini sibuk berbisnis kosmetik dan hidup bahagia di Bali dengan hewan-hewan peliharaan kesayangannya.
Ia juga masih aktif di Instagram. Beberapa waktu lalu, Manohara sempat membuat publik terkejut lantaran perubahan penampilannya. Dulu Mano terlihat chubby dan memiliki tubuh berisi. Kini ia tampak sangat kurus, dan bibirnya juga makin tebal.
Baru-baru ini, penampilan Manohara kembali disoroti. Masih sama seperti dulu, kecantikan Manohara sedikit pun tak berkurang loh. Gaya fesyennya pun makin modis, seperti yang satu ini misalnya. Tampak dirinya tampil dengan gaya kasual mengenakan kaus ketat berwarna hitam.
