Maia Estianty dikabarkan baru saja membeli sebuah properti di Pulau Bali baru-baru ini. Properti itu disebut berupa sebuah vila di pinggir tebing dengan pemandangan yang langsung menghadap ke laut.
Bahkan ditaksir harga vila di kawasan Bali dengan spesial tersebut memiliki harga Rp 40 miliar. Masuk akal nggak sih harga segitu?
detikFinance berbincang dengan Country General Manager Rumah123, Ignatius Untung. Ia menjelaskan, harga vila dengan lokasi tersebut ada yang dijual dengan harga murah, yaitu memiliki harga Rp 10 juta/ meter. Dengan luas tanah yang tidak lebih dari 1000 meter vila sisi tebing yang dijual di Pulau Bali dijual dengan harga Rp 8 miliar.
"Vila sisi tebing itu jarang yang luasnya di bawah 1000 meter persegi, kebanyakan malah yang luasnya 2.000 meter," kata Untung saat dihubungi detikFinance, Senin (10/9/2018).
Ia menjelaskan untuk yang paling mahal dijual dengan harga Rp 90 miliar dengan luas tanah yang mencapai 3,2 hektar.
"Saya lihat yang paling mahal itu luas tanahnya 3,2 hektar itu paling mahal. Tempatnya di Tabanan, harganya Rp 90 miliar. Kemudian yang kedua termahal itu ada di Badung Jimbaran juga Rp 80 miliar yang jimbaran itu 4.500 meter persegi aja jadi hanya 1/8 nya saja. Selisihnya aja Rp 10 miliar. Kemudian yang ketiga itu Rp 70 miliar itu di Benoa, luas 4.000 meter persegi, Kemudian ada pula di tanah lot Rp 66 miliar luas tanahnya 3.500 meter persegi," jelas dia.
Hingga saat ini belum diketahui di mana lokasi persis vila yang dibeli Maia Estianty. Namun, untuk membeli vila seharga miliaran bukan hal yang mustahil. Pasalnya Maia sudah sukses berbisnis di berbagai bidang. Beberapa di antaranya kosmetik, properti sampai masih aktif di dunia enterteiment.
Namun dari beberapa bisnis yang dimilikinya, ibu dari tiga anak ini juga diketahui sangat sukses untuk menjalankan bisnis perawatan wajah yaitu kosmetik ternama dan juga properti. Beberapa di antaranya, Maia melakukan bisnis properti apartemen di Jakarta.
